The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Despite my late arrival, they kept reception open and even provided breakfast on a tray so I could enjoy it in my room. the room itself was comfortable and clean, with a great selection of teas and coffees.
The decor of the hotel was a bit tired and in need of some updating. There were some minor issues, such as shower sealing coming away and worn carpet in the bar area.

I especially appreciated the inclusion of a fridge in the room, which added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient, especially for those flying in and out of Inverness airport. It was much closer than staying in Inverness itself. the food at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The dishes were all home-cooked, extremely tasty, and well presented. The variety of options on the menu meant that even as a fussy eater, I could find something I enjoyed. The owner was also very friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
There were a few downsides to my stay. the noise from the neighboring room was quite disruptive, as I could hear their TV shows as if I was watching them myself.

We had a great start to our trip, with a warm welcome from the staff and a cozy room with a comfortable bed. The tea and coffee facilities were perfect after a long flight. The bar was a bit quiet but the drinks were good and we were able to relax before bed. We loved the continental breakfast, especially the range of cheeses and pastries. The server was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
